			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Historical flooding is threatening to cover a large portion of Memphis, Tennessee over the next two weeks as the Mississippi river rises. The offices of emergency management for Shelby County Tennessee has predicted flood damages could impact several hundred businesses, thousands of homes and numerous schools. The Mississippi river is predicted to crest on Thursday over forty eight feet, it’s highest recorded level since 1937. The swollen river has been growing larger by the day as severe storms in Tennessee and a large portion of the Ohio Valley over a two week period in late April have caused flash flooding and river flooding for numerous States.</p>
<p>Jarvis dispatched first responders from the companies <a href="http://www.jarvisconstruction.com/water-damage" rel="no follow">water damage restoration</a> division on Saturday to begin meeting with property owners who may experience flooding over the upcoming weeks. The first responders have extensive experience in assisting property owners who may be displaced by the flood damages. Amongst the servicers first responders are offering Memphis area property owners prior to the flooding include disaster recovery planning, priority response water mitigation and restoration services. Jarvis’s water damage restoration team use highly specialized water extraction and structural drying equipment to clean and restore water damage properties as large as one million square feet.</p>
